The Introduction to Injection Molding course is for persons who have limited plant experience or who want a review of the basics of the injection molding process. The technical content of this course is very basic and deals with descriptions of the molding machine and its operating controls. This course covers the following:
Teaching Method
Videotapes will be shown to explain principles illustrated in study manuals. Workbook exercises will help enhance the learning process. Use of videotapes, study manuals, and workbooks will be supplmeented with lectures and extensive student/instructor discussions. Each course attendee will receive study manuals, workbooks, reading material, and notes, which can be used for future reference back on the job.
