The group is working on various projects in multiple areas of polymer science. Each student has his/her own project, as well as collaborations with other members. The major research areas of the group include: Carbocationic polymerizations; Ring-opening polymerizations; Living polymerizations; Polymerization mechanism and kinetics; Real-time reaction monitoring; Block, graft and star-branched polymers; Elastomeric ionomers; Biodegradable polymers; Nanocomposites; coatings; Polymer characterization
